  1. What time do I drop off my pet?
    Drop-offs may come in between 7:30-9:30. You will be asked to fill out a grooming instruction form for the groomer to refer to when she arrives (9-9:30). Later times and express appointments are accepted based on availability.
  2. How long will my pet be there?
    Duration is based on services requested, daily volume, and pets mood. Pets have bad days just like we do so they may need extra breaks/care but, we will call as soon as your pets services are completed. Pets are kept here for as little time as possible so they can go back to playing ASAP.
  3. Is equipment cleaned/maintained regularly?
    Grooming equipment is sanitized between each pet for their health and safety. Regular maintenance is performed on all equipment based on individual need.
  4. What happens if you find fleas or ticks on a pet?
    If fleas or ticks are found on any pet they will be given a flea bath, kills on contact, and one of our staff members will administer a CapStar, kills fleas for a 24 hour period so you can treat your home and pet. This is at an additional cost but is done to protect all pets in the clinic for possible infestation and disease.
  5. What if I want to speak to the groomer before they arrive?
    Leave a call request and best contact number on the grooming check-in sheet and the groomer will contact you as soon as she sees your note. Groomer will arrive between 9-9:30.
